A little bit about us. All  the staff are grads from the Disney College of Knowledge, so we Know Disney inside and out. We all hold Expert Levels from the Royal Caribbean Intl. University Of WOW, so we Know Cruising . We also have  agency affliiations, ASTA ,ARC ,IATA , and CLIA.  We spend , on average 4-8 hours a week on training and certifications, so we are always up to date on what is happening in the industry.
